Graduate trainee program positions offer students in BSc International Shipping and Trade at Copenhagen Business School a nine-month internship followed by a fifteen month full-time graduate program based on practice and theory.
You will obtain qualifications within the key areas of shipping, and during your education, you will rotate and experience different departments in TORM such as Commercial Operations, Chartering, and Technical Operations to gain broad-based exposure and insight into the business. In addition to the hands-on learning at TORM, you will also attend the Danish Shipping Education.
These positions also provide the opportunity for a once-in-a-lifetime experience to breathe in some sea air as you sail on a TORM vessel and experience the reality of the global shipping industry firsthand. To quench your thirst for new experiences and cultures, TORM will also provide the opportunity to work at one of TORM’s offices aborad. You will work alongside TORM’s talented and experienced experts and have responsibility from day one.

Earn while you learn: The first nine-month internship is unpaid, working 25 hours per week, but with the possibility to “top it off” through a paid Trainee position for 12 hours per week. After these nine months, we offer a competitive graduate salary with benefits such as health insurance and pension for the one-year full-time graduate part.
